Dogwood Canyon RSVP
October 17, 2017 Lampe, MO
Back by popular demand! Covering 10,000 acres of pristine Ozark Mountain landscape, the park has miles of crystal-clear trout streams, dozens of cascading waterfalls, ancient burial caves, unique hand-built bridges and bottomless, blue-green pools. The walls of the jagged ravines frame a dramatic valley bursting with hardwoods, evergreens and of course, the park’s namesake – Dogwoods. The streams hold record trout, and the high meadows that reach into Arkansas provide pasture for small resident herds of long-horned cattle, American bison and elk. Our specially designed open-air trams allow guests to ride in comfort across our many custom bridges and low water crossings. Experienced guides enhance your adventure with an informative glimpse into both natural and cultural history. Following our tour and lunch we will have time to enjoy the new additions to the park; nature center and museum, working grist mill, treehouse (built my Treehouse Masters) and the improved General Store. Price includes a delicious buffet of; smoked chicken & sliced BBQ brisket, salad, BBQ baked beans, corn on the cob, biscuits, cornbread muffins, honey butter and warm apple cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream Coffee Lemonade and Brewed Iced Tea Cost: $93.00 per person
