The following documentation is needed for all borrowers at application:
- Most recent pay stubs
- Copies of your personal and business federal income tax returns from the last two years
- W-2 forms for the past two years from all employers for each applicant
- Most recent bank statements
- Most recent statements on any mortgage or loans that you intend to pay off (unless mortgage is currently with Southwest Missouri Bank)
- Copies of your most recent property tax statements
- Name of current home owners insurance agent, company, and current premium
