Here's what to expect during the hiring process here at SMB.

What is needed to apply

  • Resume (We accept JPG, PDF, DOC, DOCX, GIF)
  • List of experience and skills
  • Two professional references (no family members please)

What to expect

  • After you apply, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If you are selected, we will call to schedule a phone interview. These take about 15 minutes. 
  • After the phone interview, we will call chosen applicants to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager(s).
  • When in-person interviews are complete, our team will evaluate candidates and determine who is best suited for the position. 
  • If selected for the position, you will receive a call from our HR Department. All other applicants will be notified through email when the position has been filled.
